  1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Shopping at LUXE HOME is easy: Browse through our site to choose what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your desired size, your quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the “Shopping Cart” link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on “Proceed to Check Out” to complete your order.

  1. How do i create my account on luxe home

Simply begin by clicking the “Sign In” button at the top of the page and fill in relevant information on the form, with all your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & “Sign In” & later view & manage your account by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT” link at the top.

  1. CAN I CHECK OUT AS A GUEST

You can check out as a guest at Luxe Home & shop without creating an account.

  1. HOW DO I EDIT MY DETAILS ONCE MY ACCOUNT IS ALREADY CREATED

If you feel the need to edit any information at any point of time you may simply do so by going to “My Account” tab.

  1. WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD

To reset the password simply go to “Sign in” tab , click on “Forgot your password” & follow the instructions.

  1. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.

  1. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Kindly refer to Returns/Exchange policy.

  1. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

To change or cancel your order call our customer service on 0800-58934. We cannot accept changes or cancellations on some items, view our RETURN POLICY. Also we are unable to combine orders or add items to an already placed order.

  1. IS THE COLOUR DEPICTION OF PRODUCTS ON THE SITE ACCURATE
    Due to the variances among computer monitors the depictions of the color you see may not be a true representation of the actual color. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
  2. CAN MY ORDERED ITEMS BE GIFT WRAPPED

Luxe Home offers gift wrap service to add that extra special touch. Items can be gift wrapped at a nominal price & sent with your personal message. Check “Gift Wrapping” service on Check Out.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  1. CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. For sending your purchases to multiple addresses we recommend placing a separate order for each destination.

  1. HOW MUCH DUTIES & TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY

You do not have to pay any duties or taxes (except the inclusive Sales tax) when you purchase a product from Luxe Home, because we offer free shipping and do not charge any additional costs to our customers for all local orders. International orders” shipping will be charged according to the required location.

  1. DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY

Currently we do not offer same day delivery.

Currently we accept “CASH ON DELIVERY” from all our local customers. For international orders we have Pre-Paid online payments such as credit cards & paypal.

If you are ordering from within Pakistan, you can pay in Pakistani Rupees. When you are ordering from outside Pakistan your local currency is automatically detected & prices are displayed in your own currency.
